Priced to sell! (MUST move by 5/15, that's why!) 1. Chaise Lounge ~ $300. Superbly built, originally $1200, but tenant left in sunny window & now leather is cracked on the horizontal surface. Needs to be reupholstered, or just covered w/ a sarong, like I did. Chaise back & leather pillow are in perfect condition, only the seat needs recovering. (Chaise is also comfortable for someone under 5'6" to sleep on.) 2. Loveseat Sofa Sleeper ~ $100. Is 'faux-leather' & both cushions, back & seat, need to be recovered, as the 'leather' has peeled off. Sleeper mechanism & twin size mattress is in perfect condition. Mechanism to open/close is super well built & easy to pull out/put away. Mattress comes w/ double hypoalergenic 'feather' topper & is very comfortable to sleep on. Great guest bed for small space, terrific for kids' bedroom. 3. Aerogrow hydroponic gardens with wall mount ~ $120. There are three gardens, though one is missing its container bowl. (can be replaced thru Aerogrow) Includes extra bulbs, seeds & organic mineral powder. Seeds, lights, wall unit still in original box. Gardens can be freestanding on countertop or mounted on wall. Original price was $600 w/ extra lights & seed kits, now only $120. 4. Ablounger ~ $40. Terrific for easing back after sitting at computer long time, super simple, effective core workout. Folds flat to store. Easy to do while watching TV! (actually, a very comfy chair for telly watching!) 5. L'equip juicer ~ $95. Like new, works amazing. Excellent for nut butters & wheatgrass. Strong, durable motor, retractable top for small-space storage. Was $220 + shipping (which was $75! A heavy little sucker to ship here, but WELL worth it!) 6. 39" Panasonic Viero flat screen HDTV & DVD player ~ $250 for both. Both work great, TV was $1k new. DVD player has a little rust (we live near the sea) but works fine. All cables + power surge protector included. (The Slingbox, which allows you to watch TV on your computer anywhere in world, stopped working. Not sure what's wrong w/ it, or if is fixable, but can have it free w/ TV/DVD if you want!) TV stand (pictured) is also for sale for $25. It's formica, easy clean, lite weight, comes apart easily to move. 7. Queen size bed & frame ~ $175. In excellent shape, sturdy wood frame head/foot boards. Comfy padded futon mattress (even more comfy w/ an eggshell foam mattress topper, but sorry, i LOVE that thing & can't live w/out it, so taking it w/ me! LOL!). (Includes freestanding covered 'headboard', not pictured here.) 8. Glass Top Office Desk, L-shaped, w/ two computer shelves ~ $125. Like new, original price from Office Max was $400. 9. Office Desk chair ~ $35. Comfortable, ergonomic, padded seat, mesh back, head rest w/ deep reclining action. 10. Formica Computer Desk ~ $20. Is on casters, & comes w/ a computer shelf (can be used for keyboard mounted under the desk, or flat screen monitor mounted on desktop). Has a shelf at bottom of the desk for computer tower, files, books. Items available to see/pick up in Kahului area (near the MACC).
