Black & Chrome TV stand -- new condition, will hold up to 50" flatscreen TV, and has one shelf. ($25) Whirlpool top load washer & electric dryer -- still has the plastic film over the dial panel (looks brand new!) ($200 for the set) Heat & Glo natural gas fireplace/stove -- excellent condition with installation directions & all working parts (thermostat, blower, etc.). You will need to purchase your own flange & stovepipe ($500) Granite Tabletop -- excellent condition--Pier One Imports. No base included (I'm using it to make my own barnwood table). 25.5" x 47" ($30) Tan faux suede couch & love seat. Perfect for college dorm -- it's made of OSB, with cushions on top. You can order new covers in this specific brand to change the color of the couch completely. It's one of those couches that comes in a big cardboard box and you assemble it.
