Follows signs from the intersection of NY Route 301 and Glenvue Drive. OVERVIEW: This is a home that is chock full of quality items. FURNITURE: Stickley brand furniture ("new" Stickley, not mission or craftsman style) including a double pedestal dining room table with 8 chairs and 4 leaves, and sideboard/hutch, full bed, others. Other fine brands throughout the house include Pennsylvania House, Henredon, Ethan Allen, and Cushman. There is even a bar, several types of Windsor chairs, end tables, sofas (a sofa for every budget), plush chairs and lamps, full-sized beds, dressers, a high end decorative mirror, a grandfather clock, and a lovely Chinoiserie entertainment center. RUGS: There are three hand tied oriental rugs-a large living room rug and matching hall runner, and a slightly smaller dining room rug. KITCHEN/ DINING: We have several sets of very nice dishes, a large assortment of Waterford crystal, and a very large selection of bar glasses. There are pots and pans, small appliances, and the usual bakeware. In addition, there's a large collection of fine teacups/saucers and demitasse cups/saucers. WALL ART: A broad range of framed prints, original oils (framed and unframed). ANTIQUES and COLLECTABLES: Lots of collectable items including stoneware crocks and jugs, antique bottles, Hummels, a few Tiffany pieces, pottery, vintage (mid 20th century) Lionel train set, several carriage lamps including one used by a taxi. There are two old trunks in need of TLC, but structurally sound. JEWELRY: Lots and lots of quality costume jewelry (many silver items), rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets. GARDEN and PORCH: There is an Allis Chalmers lawn tractor (ready for restoration or as a parts source) complete with a mower deck and a snow blower attachment. Also, the usual garden hand tools. OTHER THINGS WORTH MENTIONING: In the basement, there is a DeWalt radial arm saw (an oldie but goodie), and a wood worker's bench as well as a number of small electrical tools. There are several cedar chests, and there are large collections of holiday décor: Halloween, Easter, Christmas.
