Our family has been collecting all sorts of general household goods and clothing for a gigantic yard sale, to be held on Saturday, 5/25. All proceeds to benefit the MS Foundation and will be donated on behalf of our cycling team in memorial of an amazing woman. As such, we have received mountains of donations from friends and family: and want to have a yard sale with tons of great stuff, all at great prices. The important thing about a garage sale is who is selling the stuff - and why they are selling it. Am I right? We're a big family (well, five families actually) who will be getting together to hold a garage sale this Saturday, May 25 from 8:30am-1pm (NO early birds! Sorry!) Here is who we are: ModCloth/Anthro clothes horse - plus size, shoes, layering lover, spring/summer/recent stuff - these pieces have gotta go so she can shop some more! (Some formal wear, too!) Crafty/Scapbook Princess - she runs her own blog and so, is constantly cycling through crafting and scrapbooking supplies and tools Techie/Hacker - this pair love playing with computers and cables and cords, both Mac and Windows, both mobile and desktop bits, parts, and gadgets Foodie/Chef - He loves to cook and we love to give him an opportunity to make food for us! But some of his stuff is redundant and we need to sell it! Little Old Lady - she's traveled the world and has all sorts of curious things that can be repurposed/recycled/DIY'd into something else Builder/Carpenter - He loves building things for his loved ones and wants to share the love - check out some of his tools Decorator - she loves to make her home as beautiful as possible and loves to change things up each season, it was tough talking her out of these cute things, see what we convinced her to let go of! New Mom - some of the baby stuff is no longer needed and still close-to-new or gently used Readers - all of us love to read and go through books pretty quickly, what we're done with, we love to let go of to get new ones!
