We have already moved out of the area; just need to sell this last item that does not fit in our new place. Sofa is in good condition. The sectional is in two pieces, and has a matching ottoman. It is about 2 years old. The color is a deep green, not teal, not moss. It is a mirror image type; not an "L", good sized, but small for a sectional. Buyer must be able to move and take as soon as bought. The home is a one story. Couch is directly by front door and can be loaded to your truck parked in the drive. The contractor will be finished with work on the property on Tues; he can allow you in to see it and buy it from 9 am - 2pm ONLY. (We already have turned the keys over, so it will be extremely difficult to try and get anyone in to see it after Tues.) PS. Sorry about the picture; this was taken while things were being moved a couple weeks ago and was not for the sofa. At least it shows style and color. I am not at the old property so I can not take a new one.

Plant Sale! I set up a plant stand out in my front yard. It's self serve, take what you like and put the money in the jar. I have trailing and upright rosemary(fragrant, easy to grow, great for cooking). Also, Lady Lavender, Succulents including Agave, Jade... Baby avocado trees with blooming Ivy geraniums. Lots of plants! I'm trying to promote being green by encouraging people to Garden with edibles and drought tolerant plants. This sale is to help my family as My mom is battling Cancer and now our landlord wants to sell the house, so we may start putting out lots of things for sale each weekend.
