Every year for 11 years we have been hosting this garage sale and it gets bigger and bigger every time! We live off of 20th St SE at the south end of Lake Stevens, just East of Tom Thumb. We are very well signed and advertised and, we're a neighborhood of 210 homes with two entrances, one on 20th St and one on Machias / South Lake Stevens Road.
