IKEA Hemnes Queen bed frame (black-brown) - This is in good structural and cosmetic condition. There are some nicks on the footboard. We have used it with a standard (non-IKEA) queen mattress set. $150 obo. IKEA Hemnes nightstands (black-brown) - These are in excellent structural and cosmetic condition. $40 obo for the pair. May be willing to sell individually. IKEA Hemnes 8-drawer dresser (black-brown) - This is in good structural and cosmetic condition. There are minor nicks and scratches. $150 obo. IKEA Malm 6-drawer dresser (black-brown) - This is in good structural and cosmetic condition. $75 obo. IKEA Besta TV stand available (black-brown) - This is in excellent structural and cosmetic condition. $20 obo. Round wooden pub-top dining set in dark-brown -- Approx. 42 inches in diameter with an 18 inch leaf extension to expand the seating to 6. Includes 4 upholstered chairs and 2 bar height folding chairs (from IKEA). These pieces are in excellent structural and cosmetic condition. $250 obo for entire set. One microsuede queen sleeper sofa - Color is an olive green and the fabric is stain resistant. Sofa and mattress are in very good condition. Mattress has been slept on only a handful of times. Sofa is approx. 82x37.5x25in. Includes two matching throw pillows. $300 obo. Two IKEA Billy bookcases in black-brown, one Besta TV stand, and one bridge shelf (all in black-brown) - The bookshelves are approx. 31.5x11x79.5. The TV stand is approx. 47x15.5x25. Table includes one-drawer and is in excellent structural and cosmetic condition. $75 obo. Friendship Heights Garage Sale Extravaganza! This Thursday, Friday and Sunday (WEATHER PERMITTING) there will be a wonderful garage sale in Friendship Heights, DC, on the corner of 43rd and Fessenden St NW. The sale is right between the Tenley Town and Friendship Heights Metro, and accessible by several major bus lines. There is also ample street parking. The residents of this house are young female professionals so there will be lots of women's clothing (sizes small through large) and miscellaneous furniture. Other highlights include bedroom furniture, a charcoal grill, a 6' framed mirror, outdoor shelving, books, lighting, storage units, hair and beauty products (including a very nice hair straighter!), nick nacks, and much much more!! One of the residents is also an artist and will be selling her original art work. Prices for art range from $20 to $250, but are negotiable.
