Freeport-McMoran mining company has terminated our land leases here in South Bisbee so everything not on wheels is available for sale piecemeal, including house and outbuildings. Any Item valued at over $100 will be sold by phone to the best offer listed on May 27 (a 20% immediate non-refundable down payment will be required)....and must be removed by May 30 at the latest. The contents of the house (including a clawfoot tub and hand-crafted furniture) will be sold. Six outbuildings and contents must be sold and moved. If you have a truck or trailer consider using it to haul out furniture, tires, doors, windows, lumber, firewood, fencing, plants, rocks, and blocks. I also have a neighbor in the same situation.
