Our Estate Sale will start Friday, May 17th thru Saturday, May 18th...the times for both days are 8:00 A.M.-whenever. The tools are on the porch and the rest of the stuff is inside....just knock on the door and come on in. We have lots of things for sale..very nice things, for very good prices. . if you miss the sale, you can always call or come by and see if we have anything left...... 1. I have a ton of things to sale: I have a lot of plus sized clothes, misses sized clothes, jr/misses sized clothes )size 11 to 15 and a few Jr plus size), misses sized clothes., as well (M, L, XL, a few 14s, some 16s wp, 20wp, 1x, 2x, 3x, and a few 4xs...not many of the really large sizes though, but some of them are made very big)..some 20s, plus sized clothes 18, 22 (I think that the 22, since it is NOT a 22W and made by Union Bay and Union Bay ONLY makes jr sized clothing), 16wp, 18 a few men's clothes (a few mens' M, a few larges, XL, pants size 33 and 34), and a ton of baby clothes . a few newborn sized, 0-3 months size, 6 months, 6-9 months, 9 months, 9 to 12 sizes, 12-18 months, 18-24 months, 24 months, a few 2ts, and even a few other toddler and and smaller child clothes size, most of them are name brands for each genera of clothing)...the baby clothes are mostly good department store brands and are well-worth the price...very few (and I mean litterally very few are stained)..most of the clothes are not stained and in GREAT shape...We also have a nice Evenflo newborn to infant car seat, in outstandingly GREAT shape $30 or best offer, and a nice baby bouncy play thing that looks like a walker, but it has like a rubber bouncy bottom that they can bounce around in ...in absolutely GREAT shape...was an expensize brand..pretty sure it cost at LEAST $50 to $65 brand new....we are asking $35 or best offer, Elmo play center, not perfect, a few peices missing, but still works great, $$4.00 or best offer....We have a nice set of Nation Geographics some dating back from the 60s until Feb to 2013 $60 or best over...over 300 Magazines...some may be worth something..if not now, definately in the future. 2. We have furnature, not a lot, but some. We have a Foyer glass table...very nice..would look wonderful in a foyer or in the enterance of your home, be it a mobile home or a house..small, medium, or large home..we have it in the enterence of our doubl-wide mobile home...looks great...we were asking $70, but we lowered it to $60 OBO..if you bought it at Pier 1 or any other home store..it would cost at LEAST $200 or more...we also have 2, 6 shelf wooden shelves ($35 each or best offer), a nice set of glass, shelves, plenty of room, awesome shape, 5 shelves high (was asking $85 or best offer bc it is well worth it, but we have reduced it to $65 obo), some rugged handmade shelves that were hand-made that way deliberately ($20 or best offer), a lamp with a built on glass table, very nice and lamp works (we had it $25 or best offer, but we have reduced it to $20 or best offer..would make great shelf for tools in a utitility room, a tool shed, garage, etc.), a small paper and important office document shredder $20 or best offer that you feel is worth, a Uniden Cordless phone with a nice GE answering machine $15 each or $25 or best offer for both...they are both good brands and they still work. A mice barely used Samsung Android SCH-I100 with Google access., Verison phone..you may be able to get it to be used with another network..no dints, no dings, no scratches, no cracks, in perfect shape...like new...awesome phone with awesome goods and applications......has to be set up through Verison but like I said..you may be able to get it set up through another carrier and still get to use your goodies and applications, Over 300 National Geographics...some may be worth something..if not now...definately later...issues from the 60s to February 2013. WE also have a nice 26" RCA TV..it is old...from the 80s..it is big, but it works awesome..no problems...heavy, but has lots of room on top for you to set a VCR (if you have some old-school VHS tapes you still watch like we do, DVD or Blue Ray player, your game systems, a lamp, etc. on top...it is awesome...we were asking $35 or best offer, but now we have lowered it to $25 or best offer. We have some dishes, kitchen stuff, decrative things, etc.. and other odds and end. We are have already had the yard sale, but if you would you like to see the merchandise we have letft over, which is some really, really good stuff...good stuff at good prices...our land line, which is the best way to call us, is 205-562-2019 or Call my cell, at 210-322-5138..unfortunately, my cell doesn't get good reception out there, but you can text or call and/or leave a message and as soon as I gooff site...leave my house, I will get it and call or text you back asap..or you can feel free to stop by anytime, bc we are here a lot of the time...but we would prefer you call our home phone....205-562-2019... so, please stop by 12515 Camp Cherry Austin Road. From Tuscalossa (5-Points), get on hwy 216, go towards Brookwood. About 3 miles from Brookwood, turn onto the Rocky Branch Park Road. As soon as you are on the Road to Rocky Branch, take the immediate right, this is Camp Cherry Austin Road. You go about 1/3 to 1/2 of a mile. It is a big, white double-wide mobile home with green shutters and a porch. There is a grey buick and a yellow Chevy Aveo sitting in front of the house. Also their is a For Sale sign that said "Heart's Rest" For Sale. We are also selling our double-wide mobile home and the 60% to 70% of the acre that it is sitting on to $74,500 or best offer. It was $84,500 and we have come down on it greatly as you can see and it's well, well worth the $84,000 we were orginally asking..so, come check that out as well.. Thanks for reading this post. It is an awesome place to live....close to Brookwood and Brookwood school district, only 5 to 7 miles from Tuscaloosa (5-Points)....you would be foolish to pass up this deal...will be lift almost fully furnished, with washer and dryer, refridgerator, oven, microwave (if you need it or want it), dining room table and chairs, 2 love seats, and one bedroom set...many perks to this place......so, come on, check it out.l We also have lots of tools left from both of our sales we have hand held tools (sorry guys, no power tools), lots of screw drivers, files, pliers, axes, 2 hand saws, a hack-saw, a few plum-bobs (several of them..a few small ones and a large one), measuring tapes, pipe wrenches, wrenches, etc..they are priced as marked from the sale (unless the tags have come off during us moving them and packing them up)..if you want them all, we would give them to you at a good price where we don't get screwed and niether would you...you bless us, we bless you...lol....We don't mind giving good deals...within reason...WE also have two BRAND NEW one still in the box..one not in the box (we had to use one to cover up our yard-sale stuff for when we had the two day sale...was only used once..I cleaned it off, folded it back...the ropes and box goes with it...They are huge...20 x 25, water-proof, mildew proof, sturdy, you can make a portable shelter, shed, or tent out of it, or whatever you want to do with it...the one in the box, we want $50 obo (we priced them at Home Depot and other places and they are $75 to $80)., the one out of the box (I tried to fit it back in the box, but no such luck...lol) $$45 obo... I also have a small bar phone with a charger, you can go on the phone and buy minutes for it with your debit card, credit card, put in the number from a minute card you buy (Advantage wireless), or from your Pay Pal account on the phone itself..I will show you...anyway, all I am asking for it is $10 or best offer...thanks for reading all of this..you can call or shoot me an emaill...thanks so much...
