The sale is at 709 Cannan, in Angleton, Friday, May 17th, and Saturday, May 18th, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. Sorry...but there will be no children allowed in the home, during sale hours, because of the number of very breakable and fragile items in the home. We'll put the sign-up sheet out around 8:00a.m., on Friday morning, and begin calling the first names into the home around 8:45. Parking on Cannan will, once again, be very dicey. There's no ordinance in the city about not parking on Cannan, BUT, you MUST park with the direction of travel, and please park on the side of the street that the sale is being held on. Do NOT impede traffic,(that includes the trash trucks, Friday is trash day in that neighborhood !), in any way, or you're good to go as the recipient of a citation. Don't block driveways, or park in front of fire hydrants, please. Be courteous ! If you purchase large, heavy, or bulky items, please make arrangements for having them move or carried. Estate Liquidators does NOT provide workers to move or carry your items. If you want to purchase an item that has a two-part tag on it, take the BOTTOM half of the tag, and hang onto it, that tells the EL workers that the item has been sold. If you change your mind about purchasing the item, please give the bottom part of the tag to an EL worker, so they can reattach it.
